How do I retrieve my transcriptions?
Transcriptions will be sent back via a Dropbox account. You will have 7 days to retrieve all of your documents, then the account will be removed. We will make allowances if you are away from your emails for a period of time, so long as prior notice is given.
Do you charge any set up fees?
There are no registration or set up fees
What file formats do you accept?
All digital file formats are accepted.
How long do you keep the files on your server?
At present we remove your audio files immediately after delivery of transcripts. Completed transcripts are removed from our server 2 weeks after the final transcript is delivered.
